Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who browse with a screen reader, navigate by keyboard, need larger text, or prefer reduced motion. This page explains what we've done, how to tell us about a problem, and what we'll do about it.
What we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. That's the standard commonly referenced for the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508.
What that means on this site
- Screen readers. Every page has one main heading and a logical heading order, links and buttons say what they do, and the product screenshots are labelled with a plain description of what they show instead of being read out cell by cell.
- Keyboard only. Everything you can click, you can reach and operate with a keyboard — including the menu, the questions that open and close, and the dropdown on the contact form. A “Skip to content” link comes first, and the focus outline is always visible.
- Colour and contrast. Text meets the AA contrast minimum against its background, and we never use colour alone to tell you something — links in text are underlined too.
- Zoom and reflow. Pages work down to a narrow phone screen and stay usable when text is enlarged.
- Motion. If your device is set to reduce motion, the animations here stop.
- Forms. Every field has a visible label, and the confirmation or error after you send a message is announced, not just shown.
Where we know we fall short
We test with automated checks and by keyboard on every release, but no site is perfect and automated checks don't catch everything. If something here doesn't work for you, that's a bug and we want to hear about it — we haven't yet had this site audited by an independent accessibility specialist or tested with every combination of assistive technology.
Tell us about a problem
Use the contact form and tell us the page and what went wrong. We aim to reply within one business day and to fix genuine accessibility barriers as a priority. If you need information from this site in another format, ask and we'll send it.
Third-party content
Some parts of this site rely on services we don't control — for example the spam check on our contact form. We choose accessible options where we can and will help you another way if one of them gets in your way.
This statement describes our approach to accessibility on this website. It isn't legal advice, and it doesn't create a contract or a warranty.
