Factories are walled off
A factory account can only ever see its own orders. We check that on our side — the browser never gets to decide.
Security & privacy
Trackports holds sensitive things: who makes what for you, at what volumes, and the test reports behind it. It's built so none of that leaks between factories, and none of it trains AI.
A factory account can only ever see its own orders. We check that on our side — the browser never gets to decide.
Test reports go straight into private storage that only signed-in, authorized people can open.
Your reports live privately in your account. The AI reads one to give you an answer and keeps nothing of its own — and they never train AI.
Your private notes, your CPSC contact, and your broker assignments are never shown to factories.
Everyone gets what their job needs. Look-only people can't change anything, and factories can't approve or file.
Edits, reviews, rejections, approvals, and filings all leave a record — who did it, and when.
How separation works
When a factory opens their orders or saves a change, we look up who they are from their sign-in — not from anything they could type or tamper with — and only ever show them their own.
