    Costed

    Before the style exists, you price it. Tech packs, CADs and specs go up once, and every factory you invite quotes against those same files.

  2. Stage 02

    Ordered

    The PO arrives with your order file and becomes its own page. Point it at the costing it was priced from and the factory opens the very tech packs it quoted on.

  3. Stage 03

    In production

    The factory keeps its own ship dates current on the board. Lab dips, strike offs, fit, PP and TOP are approved on the order, round by round.

  4. Stage 04

    Shipped

    Turn the order into a shipment in a click — its styles and quantities come across, carrying the test reports already on file for them.

  5. Stage 05

    Filed

    You approve once. The certificate is filed with the CPSC and tracked until it is confirmed, and your broker gets the numbers they quote at the port.

Shipments & test reports
